We are seeking empathetic and motivated Occupational Therapy Support Officers (OTSO) who are passionate about making a positive impact. You will find creative ways to support individuals in achieving their goals and living as independently as possible in their own homes.

These are permanent, full-time positions across West Lancashire, working within our Adult Services Community Occupational Therapy team.

This is an exciting time for us as we launch 'Living Better Lives in Lancashire' — our new strength-based vision for social care. We are committed to innovative practices that benefit our communities, and we need OTSOs to help us realize our vision of supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes.

You will support people to enhance their independence, contributing to services such as equipment and adaptations, moving and handling (with a focus on proportionate care), and specialist seating.
