• Experience of programme leadership or practice-based learning within UK higher education.
• Passion for developing future healthcare professionals.
• Experience of inclusive curriculum design and programme development aligned with contemporary occupational therapy practice.
• Active commitment to widening participation, inclusion and social justice.
• Experience of driving student recruitment, retention and success to establish a thriving programme community.
• Collaborative approach to develop effective partnerships across health, social care and community settings.
• Enthusiasm for innovation and shaping the future of OT and Allied Health Professions education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, curriculum and professional leadership to develop and establish the occupational therapy programme.
• Shape an innovative curriculum and build the programme's identity and reputation.
• Ensure regulatory and professional requirements are met and uphold academic quality.
• Develop external partnerships to create learning opportunities and regional/national impact.
