Job summary

The post is part of a well-established OT team within a multidisciplinary setting and runs Monday to Friday, providing a stable, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• A Levels and/or Health and Social Care NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OT role within setting.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (e.g., Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupationally based therapeutic activity interventions.
• Plan and facilitate occupationally based groups guided by an Occupational Therapist.
• Work individually with service users on tasks and therapeutic activities guided by an Occupational Therapist.
• Carry out specific Occupational Therapy assessments under supervision.
• Maintain clinical records using the electronic patient record system.
• Liaise with carers and other professionals as relevant.
• Attend mandatory training and supervision; contribute to risk assessments.
