Coventry City Council is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) in Coventry. You will deliver robust assessments and treatment plans to service users with physical, learning, and mental health needs, promoting safe, independent living at home or in community settings.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with colleagues across Adult Services and the NHS to support timely, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Deliver robust assessments and treatment to service users.
• Work with MDT to enable safe, independent living.
• Maintain accurate case records and plan workloads.

Responsabilités

• Provide interventions in person or over the telephone.
