NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Team Leader for our community stroke services in Angus, combining clinical practice with leadership and service development.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, support staff through supervision and mentoring, champion quality improvement, and help shape innovative, person-centred rehabilitation pathways across Angus to enable people to live independently at home.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Occupational Therapist Team Leader for our community occupational therapy stroke service within the Angus Health & Social Care Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role supporting the continued development of stroke rehabilitation pathways across Angus and helping people achieve the outcomes that matter most to them post stroke.
As Team Lead, you will combine clinical practice with leadership and service development responsibilities, work alongside multidisciplinary colleagues across health and social care settings. You will provide professional leadership and support to Occupational Therapy staff, champion innovation and quality improvement, and contribute to the delivery of person-centred stroke rehabilitation services including early supported discharge.
Hours of work are: 36 hours per week
