What You Will Do:

Engage collaboratively with service users and carers, championing empowerment and independence through the Occupational Therapy process.

Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and risk evaluations in partnership with service users and families.

Undertake risk assessments for moving and handling tasks, ensuring safety and compliance.

Assist service users and carers in identifying, purchasing, and implementing aids and adaptations in alignment with the Children’s & Families Act 1989, 2004, and the Care Act 2014.

Requirements:

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
