What You Will Do:

Provide specialist Occupational Therapy services for children and young people with disabilities, complex health needs, or chronic illnesses, addressing social and housing needs.

Conduct comprehensive assessments for disabled children, including those experiencing chronic or terminal illness, within community settings.

Deliver specialist responses in complex cases by formulating and implementing intervention plans aimed at reducing the impact of disability and ill health.

Ensure the voices of children, young people, and their families are heard and considered at every stage of intervention.
