About the Role:
Sandwell Therapy Team is seeking several agency Occupational Therapists for short-term contracts. They are a dynamic team working closely with community social work and reablement services to enhance service users’ independence
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct Occupational Therapy assessments for vulnerable adults, assessing and providing equipment, minor, and major adaptations. You will collaborate with social work colleagues, other agencies, and professionals to deliver services within budgetary constraints. Additionally, you will demonstrate and observe the use of equipment, adaptations, and assisted technology. Regular clinical supervision and support will be accessed to ensure the highest standards of care.
