Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy or awaiting qualification.
• Applications accepted from students due to qualify in 2026.

Responsibilities

• Undertake assessments to identify customer’s potential to regain independence.
• Work with customers and families to identify changes and agree a plan with goals.
• Contribute to care planning and coordination to support transition home.
