Qualificações

• Occupational therapists in Adult Social Care
• DBS checked and eligible for HCPC registration would be preferred

Responsabilidades

• Support with Reablement, Assessment and Proportionate Care (Ao1)
• Work within the Adult Social Care Team to ensure best outcomes for people in Blackpool
• Collaborate with Social Workers, Care Providers, and other health and care professionals to coordinate care
