Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the Moving & Handling Team in Bristol. This 3-month locum role offers professional oversight of OT staff and equipment provisions.

You will manage moving and handling cases, support Care Act assessments, and collaborate across health and social care services. Hybrid work with two remote days weekly. Inside IR35 and competitive pay up to £43 per hour.

• Provide leadership and professional supervision to Occupational Therapy staff.
• Authorise specialist equipment provisions and chair equipment panel meetings.
• Oversee complex moving and handling cases and postural management assessments.
• Support Care Act assessments and reviews, ensuring service users’ needs are met.
• Collaborate across integrated health and social care services to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to service development initiatives and quality assurance measures.
• Uphold and enhance Occupational Therapy practice standards, ensuring safe and effective care.

Working Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
