We are seeking experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join the Lifelong Services Reviewing Team in West Sussex. This ongoing, full-time locum role offers a competitive hourly rate of £35.00 to £38.00 and provides the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of adults with complex needs.

Complete strengths-based reviews for adults aged 18+ with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and long-term health conditions.
Undertake Mental Capacity Act assessments and complete Continuing Health Care checklists and decision support tools.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create tailored, evidence-informed support plans.
Deliver risk assessments, equipment provision, and recommendations for home adaptations to promote independence.
Provide specialist occupational therapy input to contribute to holistic assessments and care planning.
Travel across the West Sussex area to conduct community-based assessments, promoting independence and quality of life.
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist is essential.
A valid UK driving licence is preferred due to the nature of community visits.
Experience in social care or community-based occupational therapy is desirable.
