Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Independent Living Service
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £28.40 per hour

About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) in Independent Living Service Team based in Wolverhampton.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Work as a field-based Occupational Therapist within the Independent Living Service
  • Complete assessments for individuals with complex health and social care conditions
  • Provide recommendations and support for aids and adaptations to promote independence and safety
  • Collaborate with service users, carers, and professionals to deliver tailored support plans
