BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for home health visits in Peterborough. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients, ensuring they receive the necessary medical support in the comfort of their homes. BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist, OT, for a per diem opportunity performing home health visits for our Nashua, located in Nashua, New Hampshire. This office services adult and geriatric patients on a per visit basis in homes throughout Peterborough to Milton NH.
As a home care Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
