Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to work across Complex Rehab and Stroke Rehab. You'll join an inter-professional team, independently managing a caseload of routine and complex cases and supervising Band 5, 4 and 3 staff.

You will provide holistic community assessments, contribute to education of other professionals, and support service improvement and health promotion.

Qualifications

• Independent caseload management including routine and complex rehabilitation cases
• Ability to supervise Band 5; Band 4 and Band 3 staff
• Ability to participate in education of other professionals

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic assessments to clients with diverse presentations, including community settings
• Provide occupational therapy interventions as required
• Key work individual cases as appropriate
• Contribute to team meetings and inter-professional collaboration
• Support service improvement and health promotion within the team
