Job summary

Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the EMERGE Leeds team. You will deliver specialist assessments and interventions, working with individuals with complex emotional needs and providing group and individual occupational therapy.

You will contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and supervision, supporting service development and reflective practice within a dynamic NHS team.

Qualifications

• Masters/degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.
• Experience with Complex Emotional Needs and personality difficulties.
• Ability to provide holistic OT in individual and group contexts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary assessments and care planning.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with service users.
• Facilitate Journey therapeutic group interventions.
• Provide individual occupational therapy interventions tailored to needs.
• Support development of psychologically informed OT practice.
• Participate in supervision and reflective practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues, partner agencies and service users.

Education
