We work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and welcome applications from candidates eager to contribute to a busy and supportive Adult Social Work and Practice Team.
Our approach is holistic and person-centred, adopting a Think Family philosophy to ensure integrated and comprehensive support for individuals. Additionally, we utilise Technology Enabled Care (TEC) solutions in all assessments, ensuring innovative and effective service delivery. As part of a large, multi-agency team, you will benefit from regular group and individual supervision, alongside excellent training and development opportunities. Your role will include participation in our duty system, community hospital discharge planning, and case management.
If you have completed Council Officer Training, you will also be part of our Adult Support and Protection rota; if not, we will support you in completing this within an agreed timeframe. We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic professional who is passionate about delivering high standards of practice and committed to working collaboratively with colleagues to support individuals who rely on our services.
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy Registered with HCPC
