We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity for a Care Manager Occupational Therapist to join our forward-thinking team. As part of a large, multi-agency team, you will benefit from regular group and individual supervision, alongside excellent training and development opportunities. Your role will include participation in our duty system, community hospital discharge planning, and case management. If you have completed Council Officer Training, you will also be part of our Adult Support and Protection rota; if not, we will support you in completing this within an agreed timeframe. Essential qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with HCPC
• Registration with SSSC
• A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post
