You will develop your expertise treating a range of problems related to elderly care, falls, palliative care, orthopaedic, neurological and respiratory conditions. You will also have opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills within the team.
This post would suit an established B6 therapist or an experienced B5 with an interest in community working and in progressing to a band 6 . Successful applicants will need to be efficient workers, good communicators and be confident working as an autonomous practitioner. Community experience is desirable. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload whilst working effectively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care
