Livity Life Ltd, (part of the Millbrook Healthcare Group), is one of the country's leading providers of Technology Enabled Care
services (TEC) contracted and commissioned to Local authorities and the NHS.
We are looking for a Band 5 OT to join our Band 7 OT as we extend our workstreams: we work with adults, children, and those with
mental and physical health challenges by using TEC as an intervention and an assessment tool.
We need you if you can drive and have access to a car, and are familiar and proficient with using Microsoft. You don’t need
experience or knowledge about using TEC, although it will be an advantage – the team in Chelmsford and the wider Livity team will
support you.
You will be responsible for triaging and undertaking assessments for technology equipment needs of service users with a variety of
physical, cognitive, sensory, and learning disabilities within the contracted time frames. Part of your responsibilities will be
clear and accurate documentation and management of referrals and assessments on the fulfilment system designed for use by Livity
Life.
This role may suit someone who is newly qualified, and we would welcome applications from anyone at the beginning of their career.
Please contact us if you want an informal chat/visit or to apply for the role.
