• Implement strength-based approaches to service delivery, maximising the use of available resources
• Adhere to organisational policies and legislative requirements, including The Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act
• Proactively promote and support safeguarding policies to ensure the welfare of service users
