Location: Lewisham (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: £36.27 per hour

About the Role:

An Adult Care Team based in Lewisham is recruiting registered and experienced Occupational Therapists. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment, providing essential services to adults in need.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working in physical settings such as hospital discharge, rehab, and reablement
  • Providing double-handed care to clients, ensuring safety and comfort
  • Recommending equipment to improve clients’ independence and quality of life
  • Supporting clients with mobility challenges through moving and handling expertise
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress

Qualifications & Experience:

Applicants must have a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy, registration with the HCPC, a full UK driving license, and the legal right to work in the UK.
