We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care Occupational Therapy Service in Shropshire. Job description

As an Occupational Therapist within our Adult Social Care Occupational Therapy Service, you will manage a varied caseload and work alongside adults, carers, families and partner organisations to promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Using a person-centred, strengths-based approach, you will complete holistic assessments, provide professional advice and develop practical and creative solutions that help people live safely and independently in their own homes and communities.

The post will initially support residents in the North-East locality, including Market Drayton, Whitchurch and Wem. The service works flexibly across Shropshire, so you may also support other localities in response to operational need. The role combines community-based practice with hybrid working.
