Job summary

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Adults Service in Solihull. You will work in the community delivering rehabilitation and enabling independence for adults in need.

The post requires a minimum of two years PQE, substantial reablement experience, and proven ability to review and reduce moving and handling requirements, including single-handed care where appropriate.

Qualifications

Experience in reablement services, supporting individuals to maximise independence.
Proven experience in reviewing and reducing moving and handling requirements, including the implementation of single-handed care practices where appropriate.
Ability to work effectively within the community, managing a varied caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
