Job summary

Supply Care Solutions seeks an Occupational Therapist for a hybrid locum role in West Sussex. You will complete home assessments, set goals, and deliver OT interventions to support reablement and independence while collaborating with health and social care professionals. The position is Full-time locum through March 2027 with 1+ in-office day.

Requires HCPC registration, current DBS disclosure, and strong communication/assessment skills. Excellent rates are offered with umbrella arrangements.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Hybrid: Yes - minimum 1 day in office
