Sterling Cross is partnering with a London specialist school to recruit an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team supporting SEMH needs.

You will work across primary and secondary provisions in the London area, delivering therapy to children and young people at different education stages within a purpose-built setting. The role is permanent and offers strong professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.
• At least 12 months UK-based post-qualification experience.
• Experience with children and young people.
• Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS.

A specialist school in London is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its growing multidisciplinary team.

The school specialises in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, placing therapy at the heart of its approach.

In this role, you will work across both primary and secondary provisions within the London area, supporting children and young people at different stages of their education.

Person specification:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with full HCPC registration
• At least 12 months' UK-based post-qualification experience
• Experience working at NHS Band 6 or above/equivalent
• Previous experience working with children & young people
• Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check
• Experience within SEMH, CAMHS or a similar specialist setting is advantageous
• Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with additional needs
