Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a diverse patient group experiencing physical dysfunction and/or disabilities resulting from injury, illness, surgery, or chronic disease.
• Conduct functional assessments and implement effective rehabilitation strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure comprehensive patient care in various settings, including community, wards, clinics, homes, and care homes.
• Demonstrate expertise in discharge planning and equipment prescription for patients across different care environments.
• Maintain excellent manual handling skills for physical work requirements.
• Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Flexibility to cover multiple sites as needed (own transportation required).

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
