Overview

We are a Technologically SMART Trust, offering a Mobile office' model providing you with all the equipment needed to carry out your role in comfort whilst on the road. SMART working results in staff safety due to live system and instant access to patient notes and past interactions whilst on the move.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care using a mobile office setup with equipment supplied; access live systems and patient notes on the move.
  • Promote personalised care by identifying what matters to patients, promoting independence and enabling them to achieve their goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current HCPC registration (post-registration experience is helpful but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to develop potential; the organisation offers a preceptorship programme for newly qualified Occupational Therapists.
  • Ability to undertake all statutory and mandatory training and to undertake physical interventions. Fitness for physical intervention will be assessed by Occupational Health.
  • Valid UK driving licence and use of own transport for business purposes is essential.
