Environmental Essentials Limited is seeking an experienced manager to lead a team of Occupational Hygiene Consultants, delivering high-quality, compliant hygiene services across client sites.

The role focuses on building capability, improving quality, and creating a high-performing culture while driving operational excellence and process improvements. A flexible approach to working, including some home working, is available.

What you’ll actually do:

You’ll lead and develop a team of Occupational Hygiene Consultants, supporting them to deliver high-quality, consistent, and compliant occupational hygiene services across a range of client sites.

Your role is about more than oversight – it’s about building capability, improving quality, and creating a strong, high-performing team culture. You’ll drive operational excellence, support technical development, and make sure standards are consistently met.

You’ll also work closely with internal teams and clients to support delivery, improve processes, and ensure we’re always finding better, more efficient ways of working.

What about you?

You’ll be an experienced manager and occupational hygiene professional with a background in consultancy and a passion for developing people and improving standards.

Strong communication and IT skills

Able to understand forecasted work and team deliverables

You hold (or are working towards) CertOH or equivalent

You have a UK driving licence

You care about doing things properly and have strong attention to detail
