Job summary

Future Select Recruitment in Bath is seeking an Occupational Hygiene Consultant to join a multi-disciplined Environmental Consultancy. You will conduct risk assessments, sampling and testing for noise, dust, fumes and air quality on site, and produce detailed technical recommendations.

The role offers on-site field work across the South West, training progression and a competitive salary with benefits. Candidates with BOHS P601 and relevant modules will be preferred, and you should be able to

Qualifications

• Proven track record working as an Occupational Hygiene Consultant.
• BOHS P601 qualification or higher as a minimum.
• Occupational hygiene modules (W503, 201, 502, 504, 506 and/or 507) desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out risk assessments, sampling, testing and inspections for noise, vibration, dust, fume and air quality.
• Sample for air quality and monitor client sites on site.
• Conduct COSHH assessments and log/store samples accurately.
• Produce detailed technical reports with tailored client recommendations.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment; uphold relationships with clients.
