Role: Peripatetic Occupational Health Technician
Location: Shrewsbury and surrounding areas (Shrewsbury/Oswestry/Telford)
Hours: Full time
Salary: GBP27k

I'm looking for an OH Technician to join my client, covering Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. You'll be covering the Shrewsbury/Oswestry/Telford area, and further afield when required. This is a peripatetic role, where you'll be responsible for driving a mobile screening unit.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, independence, and making a difference in people s health and wellbeing. You'll be primarily responsible for Shrewsbury and surrounding areas, but may be required to travel further afield when required in line with business needs.

Role:
- Conduct health surveillance screening, including audiometry, spirometry, blood pressure, height/weight/basic health checks, urinalysis
- Support occasional health promotion and wellbeing activities
- Collaborate with the wider clinical team and contribute to a high-quality service
- Ensure all equipment is clean, calibrated and ready for use
- Record medical information accurately
- You will cover the Shrewsbury/Oswestry/Telford area (ideally up to 1.5 hours max), however on occasion may be required to travel further afield in line with business requirements

Requirements:
- Full clean UK Driving licence
- Based in Shrewsbury/Oswestry/Telford, with a secure location to park the vehicle
- Willingness to travel further afield when required and happy to complete overnight stays when required
- Background experience: OH Technician, Ambulance, Paramedic, Sports Science degree with proven hands on experience
- Strong time management, communication and organisation
