Job description

Role: Occupational Health Technician
Location: Dundee/Perth/Outskirts of Edinburgh
Hours: Full time
Salary: Up to GBP26k + overtime up to GBP33k

If so then Helene at Amber Mace has a fantastic opportunity for you. I am currently working with a fantastic company who provide Occupational Health services throughout the UK. This is a full-time role where the successful applicant will work 37.5 hours per week. They are looking for someone to cover the Dundee/Perth/Outskirts of Edinburgh area.

MAIN DUTIES:
  1. Undertake health screening procedures in accordance with company protocols which may include general baseline measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure etc.
  2. You will be responsible for providing pre-employment medicals and assessments
  3. Undertake health surveillance screening, including audiometry, lung function testing, drug and alcohol testing, HAVS assessments
  4. Ensure all information recorded appropriately
  5. Provide advice on occupational health and wellbeing
ABOUT YOU:

I am looking for someone with previous Occupational Health experience, or someone with a background in sports science/medical technicians or previously working within the health and fitness industry.

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Driving license, able to drive a mobile screening unit
  2. Able to park the vehicle at home
  3. Travelling up to 80 miles from home
  4. Occasional overnight stays when required
