Job description

Occupational Health Technician
Location: Oxfordshire
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £28k

Amber Mace is working with an established OH provider looking to expand their team of Occupational Health Technicians in the Oxfordshire area. Our client provides effective service and advice on work-related issues and health surveillance programmes.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-motivated, confident, and able to drive a mobile screening unit. This role will provide you with an opportunity to establish your own area, network with clients, and be part of a market-leading team.

Role:
  1. You will be responsible for health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, vision testing, drug and alcohol testing, and HAVS.
  2. Provide fitness for work medicals i.e. driver, working at height.
  3. You may be required to perform venepuncture.
  4. Health promotion.
  5. You will be required to drive a mobile screening unit.
Requirements:
  1. Full, clean UK driving licence (manual), happy to travel including evening work and overnight stays.
  2. Happy to drive a mobile screening unit.
  3. Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Technician, particularly in health surveillance/fitness for work medicals.
