Based at East London clinic (E16) with occasional travel to client sites

About the role

Our Occupational Health Technicians (OHTs) have excellent people skills, putting clients at ease and guiding them through health surveillance tests to assess their health status.

You'll primarily work at our East London clinic (E16), conducting driver medicals with our doctors and health surveillance medicals. Occasionally, you may visit client sites in London and the southeast for health screenings, with rare overnight stays.

Beyond medicals, you'll have opportunities to participate in health promotion and wellbeing campaigns, making a positive impact on client workforces.

Some OHTs also choose to train as phlebotomists for biological monitoring tasks.

Our clients vary from small carpentry firms to large transport organizations. We encourage site tours to understand each client's work environment.

You will be supported by a network of experienced OHTs, OHNs, OH Advisors, and OH Physicians, overseen by Dr. Frixos Kospacheilis and Rachel Day, who will support your professional development.

Successful candidates should be proactive, eager to learn, and able to build rapport with diverse individuals. Basic computer skills are preferred, and willingness to learn is essential.
