Qualifications

• Current NMC registration (Part 3) required.
• Recognised Occupational Health qualification (SCPHN/OH) essential.
• Experience delivering occupational health support and case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert occupational health advice to managers and HR.
• Coordinate health surveillance programmes and ensure legal compliance.
• Support workplace adjustments and rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with external OH providers to ensure high-quality service.
• Analyse workforce health data to identify trends and risks.
• Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and policy development.
