Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Occupational Health Physiotherapist to deliver physiotherapy services focused on early return to work in Stockton on Tees. The role is part-time, 2-3 days per week, onsite.

The post requires MSK physiotherapy background, HCPC and CSP membership, UK post-registration experience, a driving licence, and the ability to travel between sites. Use a biopsychosocial approach and workplace assessments.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy qualification with strong MSK experience.
• At least 18 months’ post-registration experience in the UK.
• HCPC registration and CSP membership are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat employees on-site or remotely.
• Identify workplace hazards and advise on MSK risk controls.
• Carry out DSE and work task assessments with practical recommendations.
• Maintain objectivity in line with occupational health guidance.
• Deliver rehab in line with national standards.
• Use biopsychosocial approach to identify barriers to work and provide recommendations.
