Qualifications

About The Role

Walkers Shortbread Ltd are currently looking foro Nurse to join our OH Team. This is a parttime position 2-4 days per week for a fixed term contract for up to 12 months maternity cover. Based in Aberlour, although travel may be required to our Elginsite.

Reportingto the Occupational Health coordinator you will be responsible for providing a full range of OH support on site including:

  • Assessing employees who become ill or injured at work
  • Pre-placement medical checks
  • Assisting with necessary workplace adjustments for employees and health surveillance
  • Supporting employees, managers and HR to manage sickness absence alongside the rest of the OH Team
  • Accurate record keeping and maintaining of employee health records is also a key role
About You
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team and individually is essential to manage your individual caseloads
  • Applicants must have a current registration with NMC and ideally relevant OH qualification although consideration will be given to candidates with the appropriate clinical experience.
  • A full driving licence is required
