Job summary

Health Partners in Corby is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to deliver a comprehensive occupational health service on-site. You will conduct health surveillance, pre-employment assessments, case management, and health promotion for a well-established client, supporting a safe and healthy workplace.

You will apply clinical expertise to health screening results, provide clear reports, and help ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with experience in case management and pre-employment work.
• Experience interpreting health screening and surveillance results.
• Specialist Occupational Health qualification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment assessments, health surveillance, and testing.
• Provide expert case management and deliver reports to employees and clients.
• Advise on fitness-to-work assessments aligned with workplace requirements.
• Develop and deliver health promotion initiatives to boost wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Stay updated on health and safety legislation and apply best practices.
