A healthcare provider in Stafford is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to perform health screenings and surveillance. The ideal candidate will have NMC registration, a strong background in occupational health, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role offers a salary of £33,000-£36,000 and extensive benefits including bonuses and training opportunities. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Occupational Health Nurse - Health screening/Surveillance
Location: Stafford region - Onsite
Salary: £33,000-£36,000 Depending on experience. (Based on 3-4 days per week)
Hours: Weekdays between Monday - Friday 22.5-30 hours per week.
Our client is an expert in the Occupational health sector and has a great opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse. To join their team, working with a client based in Stafford.
Are you passionate about Occupational health and Health screening? With an enthusiasm for supporting employees with physical and mental wellbeing concerns. Are you an experienced occupational health nurse, with a good understanding of long-term work-related conditions, accident, injury or illness.
You must be an Occupational Health Nurse registered to the NMC.
You must hold experience working as an Occupational health Nurse.
You must have experience within health screening/health surveillance
You should be empathetic, supportive and passionate about your own continuous development.
A good in-depth knowledge in case management and health surveillance experience.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills.
You must be confident with all MS applications and able to use a computer confidently.
Understanding of occupational health management software and proforma templates.
NMC registration with Occupational Health experience.
Desirable: IOSH Or other OH Qualifications or working towards.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g. Health & Safety at Work Act, Equality Act, Data Protection Act).
Experience in both face to face and remote OH/Vocational Assessments.
