Role Outline

Health Partners has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team.

The Occupational Health Nurse is an integral part of the team, providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is crucial to the quality of care our clients receive.

This role requires the ability to assess and manage minor injuries and illnesses, deliver health and wellbeing initiatives, and collaborate with external organisations and healthcare professionals.

This is a part-time position where the successful candidate will work Monday to Wednesday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, at our client's site in Hinkley Point C.

The successful candidate must have previous Occupational Health experience.

What you'll be doing:
  • Providing health surveillance and managing escalations via the Occupational Health Technicians.
  • Providing professional advice, support, and guidance.
  • Assessing new clients presenting to Occupational Health.
  • Assessing individuals' fitness to work for their respective roles.
  • Providing clinical assessments of clients with minor illnesses and injuries.
  • Supporting the Senior OH Adviser in monitoring and assessing the clinical practice of the OH team.
  • Ensuring clinical assessment skills are maintained in line with best practices.
Skills
  • Experience working within A&E or intensive care.
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
  • Registered Nurse (Part 1).
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health.
  • Diploma.
Salary

Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
