You can confidently manage your own workload, prioritise tasks effectively and work independently while remaining part of a wider team. You'll be comfortable building positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders and adapting your approach to suit different audiences.

You understand the importance of confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information and take pride in delivering a high-quality service. Experience of audiometry and spirometry testing would be advantageous, as would experience working within construction, housing, maintenance, facilities management or other operational environments.
