This is a pivotal role, as a Occupational Health Manager to deliver outstanding occupational health services that support their colleagues to thrive at work.
This role works incredibly closely with all aspects of the HR lifecycle and employees providing health assessments, managing relationships with external providers, advising on HR-related aspects of the workplace and supporting colleagues with tailored solutions to help them perform at their best.
The successful candidate will hold several years of experience in this space; experience as a registered nurse or other health professional is desirable. Strong knowledge of employment and health and safety laws is a must. Expertise working in an everchanging Financial Services environment is key.
