Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Manchester City Centre is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager to lead a busy OH service, ensuring clinical leadership, governance and high performance standards. This senior role combines clinical work with operational leadership within a multidisciplinary team.

You will oversee a team of OH nurses, triage technicians, admins and support staff, driving quality, compliance and continuous service improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Specialist Occupational Health degree or diploma.
• Current NMC registration.
• Leadership experience within Occupational Health.
• Strong knowledge of governance, quality and compliance.
• Experience managing clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Occupational Health clinical and administrative teams.
• Oversee clinical governance, quality assurance and clinical standards.
• Lead clinical audits and quality assessments.
• Manage clinical escalations and safeguarding matters.
• Coordinate team huddles, one-to-ones and performance reviews.
• Identify and deliver training and development requirements.
• Support continuous improvement across the service and SEQOHS revalidation.
