Job summary

Portfolio Group in Manchester is seeking an experienced Lead Administrator to join a growing Occupational Health team. You will oversee the day-to-day administrative function and support the team to achieve client SLAs and KPIs.

You’ll work closely with the Occupational Health Manager, ensuring high-quality service delivery, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to Administrators in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and customer service experience.
• Experience taking on additional responsibility within a team.
• Healthcare experience would be beneficial, but transferable experience is also valuable.
• Organised, confident communicating with stakeholders and able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide a team of Occupational Health Administrators.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Hold regular catch-ups, 1-1s and performance reviews with team members.
• Carry out quality assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Work with the Occupational Health Manager to identify areas for improvement.
• Support with client queries, complaints and service issues.
• Liaise with employers, employees and Occupational Health practitioners to ensure smooth service delivery.
