Full Time | Milton Keynes (Regional Role)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Health Clinical Manager to join a growing Occupational Health team. This is a regional role based in Milton Keynes, managing a team of Occupational Health Advisors and Technicians, supporting service delivery across various client sites.

You will lead clinical operations, support business planning, and ensure compliance with industry standards while promoting staff development and high-quality care.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing
and supporting a regional clinical team

Ensuring service delivery meets KPIs and SLAs

Promoting use of OH systems and maintaining SEQOHS standards

Addressing
complaints and service issues promptly

Identifying
training needs and supporting staff development

Providing
clinical oversight and commercial awareness

You will need:

Experience
in delivering Occupational Health services across various sectors

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Registered
Nurse with a post-registration qualification in Occupational Health (or working towards one)

A valid UK driving licence
