Company Description

Construction Health and Wellbeing LTD is a health, hygiene, and wellbeing consultancy focused on improving the health and happiness of the construction industry.

Role Description

• Undertake gap analysis, audits and strategy reviews of construction firms using the CHW framework
• Develop and implement tailored occupational health strategies and wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide expert consultancy on occupational health compliance and best practice to construction clients.
• Facilitate training workshops aimed at improving workforce health, wellbeing and safety.
• Prepare detailed reports and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with client teams, ensuring continuous improvement and innovative health solutions.
• Support the business development team in identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals for potential and existing clients.

Ideal (but not essential) Qualifications and Experience

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, or related field (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma, MSc Occupational Health).
• Chartered status or working towards Chartered Membership (e.g., Chartered IOSH, BOHS).
• Proven experience in occupational health or wellbeing roles, ideally within construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of UK occupational health regulations, standards, and best practice guidelines.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering training and facilitating workshops.
