Job description

Role: OH Advisor
Location: Worcester (Hybrid)
Hours: Full time, or part time available
Hybrid: 1 or 2 days on site, with the remaining time from home
Salary: Up to £50k + excellent benefits

Amber Mace are working with a fast growing, forward thinking company looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their team in the Worcester area, to provide high-quality OH services to a range of private clients.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Case management (up to 6 cases per day)
  2. You will have 6 clinical hours per day (either 6 cases, or reduced cases alongside pre-placement assessments and fitness for work evaluations)
  3. This role will see you based on 2 sites - Site 1: once a week, Site 2: once a fortnight. Therefore, you'll alternate between 3 to 4 days working from home each week
  4. Responsible for pre-placement assessments and fitness for work evaluations
  5. Liaise with HR and management across client sites
Requirements:
  1. Registered Nurse
  2. An OH qualification is not essential
  3. OH experience is essential
  4. Strong case management experience required
  5. Health surveillance experience is a bonus, but can be trained
  6. Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with clients
