Greys Specialist Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a UK-wide team. This role is primarily site-based in Stockton-on-Tees, with the opportunity to work remotely for additional days when covering 4–5 day weeks.

You will manage casework, sickness absence, return-to-work processes, health surveillance, wellbeing initiatives, and provide guidance to Occupational Health Technicians, contributing to a proactive employee health program across the organisation.

Responsabilités

• Case management

• Supporting return-to-work processes
• Responding to queries from Occupational Health Technicians
• Conducting floor walks to identify risks and issues
• Attending health and wellbeing meetings
• Delivering wellbeing initiatives
• Carrying out health surveillance and health promotion activities
