• Nurse with valid NMC registration required.
• Preferably holding an Occupational Health diploma or degree.
• Experience in case management as an Occupational Health Nurse/Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new starter medicals and drug & alcohol testing.
• Manage referrals and support the wellbeing strategy.
• Assist the Occupational Health Manager with various tasks.

Job description

OH Medical is currently seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to work in as a part of an in-house team, working 4-5 days per week onsite in Manchester with the occasional travel throughout the UK.

The Role:

Joining this established Occupational Health team as an Occupational Health Advisor, this role will include onsite and telephone delivery of case management to shape the delivery of a first-class occupational health service. Your duties will include:

• Undertake new starter medicals.

• Conduct Drug & Alcohol testing.

• Manage referrals and support the wellbeing strategy.

• Assist the Occupational Health Manager in all aspects of Occupational Health & Wellbeing.

Required Skills:

• Nurse with a valid NMC registration

• Holding an Occupational Health diploma or degree is preferable.

• Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse/Advisor, including case management.

• Knowledge and experience dealing with mental ill health and prevention.

• Willingness to undertake MSK assessments.
