Occupational Health Advisor Leicester & Northampton

OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a forward-thinking Occupational Health Provider, in a Full or Part-Time (Minimum 3 Days) Permanent role. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to be site-based 3 days per week with the rest of your time working from home. You will cover client sites in Leicester LE5 across to Northampton NN17.

The Role:
This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to provide a full remit Occupational Health Service operating to high clinical standards. Your duties will include:

• On-site Health Surveillance Clinic that includes Audio, Spiro, HAVS and Skin Assessments.
• Pre-Employment Medicals & Questionnaires.
• Remote & In-person Case Management Referrals – Max 4 per Day.
• Sickness Absence Management.
• Health and Wellbeing Promotion.

Required Skills:
To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate for this role, you'll be:

• An NMC Registered Nurse.
• Preferably Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health.
• With a minimum of 2 years previous experience in Occupational Health, with experience in both Case Management and Health Surveillance with Current Audiometry & Spirometry Training Certificates.
• Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of best practices and their practical application.
• An excellent communicator with skills in both verbal and written communication, including proficiency in report writing.
• Possess excellent IT Literacy and record-keeping skills.
• A holder of a full clean driving licence with their own vehicle able to travel to customer sites.
